iscream bags is me, Stephanie Dziedziak. I taught myself to sew when I was sixteen years old, mainly because I didn’t want to spend the little money I did have on ridiculously expensive clothes or support the many companies with sweatshops. I started out making clothes and bags (most of which were not very good) and gave them to friends. My bags have gotten better since then and people have started to ask where I got them, so I thought, why not sell some of the bags I make?

I only make my iscream bags from recycled fabric, most of which are from old dresses, skirts, and coats from thrift stores. I like making my bags from used fabrics to cut down on waste and to avoid supporting the large corporations, while at the same time it gives iscream bags an uncommon look. The best part about using recycled fabric is that it helps keep costs down and that allows me to sell these bags at a low price.
